We are excited to announce the launch of Anima Health’s Total Triage system, which will be available starting Monday, March 4th to conveniently access our services and manage your healthcare needs online.
Here are the key details:
Appointment Requests: All patients who wish to book an appointment will need to complete a triage questionnaire, this will then be reviewed by a clinician prior to an appointment or further advice being offered. This can be completed online without the need to speak to one of our care navigators – however they are still available should you need them.
Submission Window: The online submission portal will open at 07:30 daily. Please take advantage of this early access to submit your requests.
Submission Limits: We encourage you to submit your requests promptly, as there are submission limits – however additional submissions will be released throughout the morning. Once the daily limit has been reached, the portal will close.
Sign Up Reminder: If you haven’t already, please sign up for Anima Health at https://patients.animahealth.com/signIn. It’s a user-friendly way to connect with our practice, access online consultations, and update your personal details electronically. If you already have an NHS Login you do not need a further account.
